Returns & Exchanges

At WOLFpak, we stand by the durability and function of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your WOLFpak gear in its original packaging, ensuring all patches, accessories, and tags are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
